Camping Caradon

   Terms & Conditions

DOGS. We allow well-behaved dogs with responsible dog owners on site.
Dogs must be kept strictly on a lead and exercised off site. PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR DOG BOTH ON AND OFF SITE, WE HAVE “DOGGIE BINS” OPPOSITE RECEPTION AND IN PARK “We provide free bags in reception”.  NO dogs to be left unattended on site. 

CHILDREN. Parents are responsible for the behaviour and safety of their children whilst on site. NO BALL games, cycling, skating and ROAMING AROUND/ NOISY games after 10pm or dusk at night. NO children to be left unattended on site. Vandalising and Violent children will be evicted from site with their families.

BARBEQUES. We allow barbeques on site, as long as they are not directly on the grass (please ask management for bricks). Put Coal and “one time barbeques” in a plastic bag before disposed off, and make sure the coal is cold.

QUIET HOURS BETWEEN 11pm - 7am. Please respect your fellow campers and keep noise down after 11pm. – NO vehicle movements between these times.
Barrier is “non operational” between 11pm & 7am.

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE. On arrival your pitch will be available after 2pm. Pitch to be vacated by 12noon on day of departure, unless otherwise agreed with management.

PITCHING.  Pitching according to “health and safety” unit to the left with the tow hitch facing the road and car to the right on pitch. Please keep within the boundaries of your pitch. If you have any problems pitching correct, please ask for assistance.

EXTRA CARS. If a pitch, has booked on more than one car, they might be told to leave one car by the reception due to space restrictions. The same applies to day visitors.

BOOKING. A £20 deposit secures your booking, can be paid with credit/debit card over the phone. Balance to be paid on arrival. We regret no refunds can be made for inclement weather or otherwise!

LOSS & DAMAGE. Camping Caradon shall not be held liable for loss or damage to any guest property, vehicles, equipment, cash, valuables or pets howsoever such damage may occur or be caused.

The management of Camping Caradon reserve the right to request any

PERSON(S) to leave the park, should those person(s) give

just cause for doing so.
