Clubroom In quieter times of the year, it is possible to book the clubroom for sole use of your rally. The clubroom seats up to approx. 80 people. With it's small stage and various disco lighting sets. It is perfect for parties, entertaining, meetings, dining and lots more.. Some of the rally venues we have on site include; Burns night - Valentine -Halloween - Bongo fury - AGM's - Murder mystery.... any occasion can make a good rally.
You are welcome to bring your own entertainment or we will be happy to help you find something suitable for your venue.

Using the Clubroom is free of charge providing you use Camping Caradon's Bar.

The Club room is adjacent to bar area, but can be closed off for total Privacy. Use of Club room in the evenings is free of charge, when using Camping Caradons Bar.

No rally event is alike, and Rally Clubs have all got different needs to make a good rally. If you have any requests for your Rally. please let us know. We will do our very best to help you have a great time on our site.

Day time: For use of Club room in the day time, there might be a small charge to cover running expenses. (charges reflect prices of gas, electric, water, business rates, licences and cleaning after end use of facilities). Charge to be discussed, in according to the specific need, and length of the time of the event.

Food We are happy to cook for you while you are here. Evening meals, buffets, Sunday Lunches, barbeques e.t.c. can all be arranged on request. If you have any food wishes, then please let us know, and we can make it happen for you.

Dogs We welcome dogs on our site as long as they abide by our "Dog Ruels" see Camping Caradon Terms & Conditions. We ask all dog owners to use the doggie bins provided to keep the area on and outside "Camping Caradon" clean and safe.
