above Rally prices are for a Tent, Trailer tent, Motor home or
Caravan
with 1 car 2 adults, 2 children and 1 dog.
Extras

If 25 units or more attend the Rally, Organisers has
free pitch fee (max. 2 units/pitches)

Function room
We have a Function Room, with seating for approx.
90 people. (Function room is adjacent to bar area, but can be
closed off for total Privacy). The Function room also has a small
stage and various disco lighting sets. It is perfect for parties,
entertaining, meetings, dining and lots more.
Evenings:
Use of Function room in the evenings is free of charge, when using Camping Caradons Bar. Bringing Food & Drink into the function room is not permitted.
In quieter periods the function room can be booked sole for the use of rally members only.
No rally event is alike, and rally clubs have
got different needs to make a good rally. If you have any requests for your Rally. please let us know.
We will do our very best to help you have a great time
on our site.
Day time:
For use of function room in the day time, there might be a small charge to cover running expenses. (chargesreflect prices of gas, electric, water, buisiness rates and cleaning after end use of facilities). Charge to be discussed, in according to the specific need, and lenght of the time of the event.

Food
Our exellent chef George, is happy to cook for you while you are here. Sample
his delicious home cooked Sunday Lunches, or some of his other home cooked meals.
(meats are supplied by our local butcher). If you have any food wishes; buffet´s, barbeques e.t.c. for your rally, then please let us
know, and we can make it happen for you.
Dogs
We welcome dogs on our site as long as they abide by our site
dog rules. We
ask all dog owners to use the doggie bins provided to keep the area on and outside "Camping Caradon" clean and
safe.
